Schedule
- 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday, 11:00 PM-7:00 AM
- Training: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM
Pay
- $25.33/hour + $0.75 shift differential
- Weekly pay every Friday
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate casting, CNC, robotic, and production equipment
- Inspect, package, ship, and move materials throughout the facility
- Read blueprints, complete production documentation, and use measuring tools
- Perform basic machine maintenance while maintaining a safe work environment
Skills & Qualifications
- Manufacturing, machine operating, or mechanical experience preferred
- Comfortable learning advanced equipment and production processes
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay active throughout the shift
- Willingness to work in a warm, dusty, industrial environment
- Ability to obtain forklift certification and wear required PPE
- Strong attendance, safety awareness, and teamwork skills
