Job Full Description
We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to step into the role of Honey Bottling Operator and become part of a supportive, team‑oriented production environment. In this role, you’ll get hands‑on experience operating and monitoring bottle filling and capping machines, making sure every bottle is labeled correctly, sealed tightly, and ready to ship. You’ll also help with loading and unloading products from the production line, keeping things moving smoothly and efficiently.
This is a great opportunity to build your skills while working closely with staff and management to track production, solve problems, and keep operations on schedule. If you have food production experience, that’s highly preferred—but most importantly, we’re seeking reliable, safety‑minded individuals who enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment.
1st Shift Schedule
- Monday – Thursday 5am-3:30pm
- O/T on Friday's as needed based on production needs
Pay
- $18.50 per hour
- Weekly paychecks every Friday
Responsibilities and Duties
- Operate and monitor bottle filling and capping machines
- Ensure labels are correct and bottles are sealed properly
- Load and unload finished products from production lines
- Track and report production progress to supervisors
- Follow GMP and food safety practices consistently
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in food production preferred
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. on a medium-consistent basis
- Stand/walk for up to 10 hours per shift
- Frequent bending, climbing, and twisting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow safe practices for equipment operation and cleaning
- Commitment to GMP and food safety standards
