Pay
- $18.00-$19.00/hr starting pay
- Higher wages available based on experience
- Weekly pay every Friday
Job Duties
- Assist with welding, fabrication, saw cutting, and powder coating operations
- Read blueprints, measure materials, and inspect finished products
- Operate production equipment and use hand and power tools
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the shop
- Maintain quality standards and safe work practices
- Support multiple departments and learn new skills
Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to read measurements and follow instructions
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feet
- Experience with fabrication, welding, manufacturing, or production is a plus
- Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
- Training available for motivated candidates
