You'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain the equipment that keeps production running. Better yet, qualified candidates may be eligible for a fully paid apprenticeship program, including schooling, books, and hands-on training. Plus, you'll have opportunities to earn pay increases after 30, 60, and 90 days through skill-based testing.
Shift Schedules
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday
- 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday
- Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday
- Training may occur on a different shift
Pay
- Starting at $25.33/hour
- Skill-based pay increases after 30, 60, and 90 days
- Weekly pay every Friday
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, and production equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance to keep operations running smoothly
- Read blueprints, schematics, and work orders to diagnose issues
- Install, repair, and relocate machinery, wiring, and utility systems
- Document repairs, maintain tools, and follow all safety standards
Skills & Qualifications
- Maintenance, mechanical, electrical, industrial, or trade experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise, heat, cold, and dust
- Willingness to learn and grow through apprenticeship opportunities
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
