Location: Lake City, MN
Pay Rate: $22.00-$24.00 per hour, based on skills and experience
Schedule
1st Shift
- 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Monday through Thursday
- Four 10-hour shifts each week
- Overtime available on Fridays as needed
Assignment Duration
This seasonal opportunity is expected to run from your start date through February 12, 2027.
No experience? No problem. On-the-job training will be provided.
What You'll Do
As an Assembler, you will support production operations in a manufacturing environment by:
- Working in assembly line and work cell positions
- Using small hand tools and power tools
- Operating small machines and equipment
- Rotating between different workstations
- Testing and packaging finished products
- Forming and shaping various metal components
- Following quality and safety standards
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Stand and move for extended periods throughout the shift
- Have good hand and finger dexterity
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Be willing to learn multiple tasks and work in different areas as needed
