Now Hiring: Powder Line Operator (Night Shift)
Pay: $20/hour + excellent benefits, including PTO
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking team member to join us as a Powder Line Operator. In this role, you’ll be hands-on with our dried milk powder production lines, making sure products are packaged correctly, safely, and ready for shipment.
This is a night shift position that offers stability, full benefits, and the chance to learn new skills in a supportive team environment. Forklift/pallet jack experience is a plus, but if you’re eager to learn — we’ll train you!
What You’ll Do

Operate powder packaging equipment.

Hand-pack cases and prepare them for shipment.

Safely stack 50 lb. bags of powder onto pallets.

Palletize and shrink-wrap the product for shipping.

Keep accurate records of weights, times, and production output.

Help with cleaning, sanitizing, and setting up equipment.

Follow safety and quality standards at all times.

Pitch in with general housekeeping and plant support.
What We’re Looking For

Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Ability to work safely with equipment and sanitation chemicals.

Comfortable lifting/carrying up to 60 lbs. (occasionally up to 80 lbs. with help).

Willingness to stand for long periods and do physical work.

Team player with good communication skills.

Forklift experience preferred (but we can train you!).

Flexibility to work night shifts and occasional weekends.
