Electrical Engineer
Location: McMinnville, OR
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift 40 hours per week, overtime as necessary

Electrical Engineer
We’re seeking an Electrical Engineer to design, test, and support electrical and electronic systems. This role involves independent engineering work, updating technical documentation, and ensuring designs meet industry and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:

Design and validate electrical/electronic hardware, software, harnesses, and PCBs

Create documentation, drawings, and BOMs
-
Troubleshoot issues and work with vendors and internal teams
-
Select components and address EMI/EMC and environmental requirements
-
Support manufacturing, installation, testing, and maintenance
-
Perform engineering calculations and review installations for compliance
-
Investigate failures and lead corrective actions
-
Ensure deliverables meet AS9100 quality standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support customer/aircraft integration
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
-
Experience with EFI systems, CAN protocols, and Altium preferred
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel required)

Knowledge of embedded languages (C, Arduino, Python); LabVIEW/Simulink a plus
-
Soldering skills and familiarity with IPC/UL standards preferred

Strong documentation and technical interpretation skills
