Insulation Installer – Full-Time, Year-Round Construction Work
Are you looking for steady construction work without seasonal layoffs? Our client, a growing regional insulation contractor, is hiring Insulation Installers for year-round employment. This is your chance to join a skilled team and build a long-term career.
What You’ll Do
- Review daily project assignments, load materials, and prep equipment
- Install hung, blown, and spray foam insulation in new residential and commercial construction
- Apply blown insulation in existing homes
- Maintain basic project and work records
- Follow safety protocols and work efficiently as part of a team
What We’re Looking For
- Proven reliability, strong work ethic, and consistent employment history
- Construction or manufacturing experience (insulation experience is a plus)
- Effective communication skills in English
- Physically able to lift, climb, and handle varied job-site demands
- Willingness to learn and take pride in high-quality workmanship
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Pay & Benefits
- Starting Pay:
- Hung & Blown Insulation: $20 to $21 hr.
- Spray Foam Insulation: $23 to $30 hr. + production incentives
- Full benefits package through the client
- Year-round, steady work
- Optional overtime available
