What is the opportunity?
We are recruiting a Production Workers to join the team of a regional building products manufacturer. You will work as part of the production team floating between a variety of roles to ensure quality and productivity objectives are met.
How will you spend your time?
- Operate batching, mixing and production of bagged goods.
- Record finished good production on required forms.
- Apply labels to pallets, bags, containers, etc.
- Drive forklift to transport manufactured items from production areas to appropriate places in warehouse, as well as to load/unload trucks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
We are interested in you if you have the following?
- High school diploma or GED, or comparable experience.
- A relevant work history of good performance, reliability, and job longevity.
- Prefer experience in machine operation, building trades manufacturing or warehousing.
- Meaningful forklift or heavy equipment experience is.
- Strong organization, problem solving, basic math skills.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Full physical abilities (strength, flexibility, mobility) to perform job duties.
