What is the opportunity?
Do you enjoy and take pride in operating production machinery? We are hiring plastics welding machine operators and associates to join the team of a national custom insulation manufacturer to make insulation barrier systems for steel buildings.
How will you spend your time?
- Operate a plastic welding machine in the welding of barrier components
- For each job ensure the proper product is selected and measured to the right dimensions.
- Check finished product to ensure product quality.
- Package finished product and accessories for delivery.
- Maintain all necessary production records in a timely and accurate manner.

- Work history of good performance, reliability, and job longevity.
- Relevant work experience, with preference for manufacturing and machine operation experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good English communication and basic math skills.
- Full physical ability to meet the varying demands of the job.
What do you get in return?
- Work Schedule: 6 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Starting Compensation: $ 18.50 to $19.50 hr.
