Job Full Description
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00/HR
Duties:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and increase sales
- Work in conjunction with local, regional, and national promotional efforts within masonry and paving markets
- Assist customers and contractors in selecting products that best fit their project needs
- Process sales transactions accurately, including order entry, pricing, and reconciliation
- Help customers load purchased materials, including operating yard equipment as needed
- Develop, organize, and maintain product displays to enhance the customer experience
- Provide excellent customer service in both in-person and phone interactions
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry, order tracking, and documentation
- Maintain attention to detail in all aspects of sales and customer interactions
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service, retail, or inside sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with the ability to build lasting relationships
- High attention to detail and accuracy in transactions and documentation
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn internal systems quickly
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in masonry, paving, or construction-related products is a plus
- Ability to operate or learn yard equipment safely
