Job Full Description
Hours: Monday - Friday, 4:00am-2:00pm
Pay: $18.00/HR
Duties:
-
Hang, mask, and prepare parts for the paint or powder‑coat line
-
Dip parts into paint according to process requirements
-
Perform visual quality checks to ensure proper coating and finish
-
Use hoists and other lifting equipment to load and unload parts safely
-
Palletize and package finished products for shipment
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
-
Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
-
Support general manufacturing tasks as needed
Qualifications:
-
Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
-
Previous paint line, powder coating, or finishing experience is a plus
-
Ability to stand, move, bend, and turn throughout the shift
-
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, physical environment
-
Strong attention to detail for quality inspection
-
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
-
Reliable attendance and willingness to learn
