Job Full Description
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 5:00am - 3:00pm
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00/HR
Duties:
- Assemble lawn mowers, snow blowers, and other outdoor power equipment using hand tools and air tools.
- Follow digital assembly instructions and blueprints displayed on computer monitors.
- Assemble mechanical, hydraulic, and metal components according to specifications.
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met.
- Operate equipment and tools required to perform assembly tasks safely and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
- Consistently report to work on time and maintain dependable attendance.
Qualifications:
- Previous mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing assembly experience required.
- Ability to use hand tools and air tools safely and effectively.
- Comfortable reading and following assembly instructions and blueprints on a computer screen.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based production environment.
- Ability to learn new assembly processes and procedures quickly
