Job Full Description
Hours: Monday-Friday
2nd shift 2pm-10pm
Pay: $20.00 /HR
Duties:
- Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of production workers.
- Plan and organize production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.
- Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Ensure that all safety protocols and quality standards are followed.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and quality control, to resolve issues and maintain production flow.
- Track and report production metrics and performance.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of production processes and machinery.
- A positive attitude.
- Computer skills - Microsoft excel or word
- Previous leadership or managerial experience is good, but not required
