Job Full Description
Hours: Monday-Friday, 4:00pm-4:00am
Pay: $22.00/HR
Duties:
- Ensure consistent product quality by strictly following SOPs and SSOPs.
- Coach new employees on quality, safety, sanitation, and productivity.
- Comply with FDA health, OSHA safety regulations, and maintain HACCP/HARPC plan.
- Set up the production line for success, assist as needed, and exceed daily targets.
- Maintain effective communication within the team and with trainers/managers.
- Monitor and ensure accurate documentation at each production step.
- Understand and oversee equipment operation and systems on the production line.
- Prioritize safety, promptly addressing out-of-spec products and equipment malfunctions.
- Track ingredient inventory, report low stocks to the Warehouse supervisor.
- Print necessary labels for daily orders and conduct daily quality inspections.
- Adhere to safety rules, regulations, and perform any other assigned duties.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for an entire shift.
- Physical flexibility, including bending and twisting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to meet and exceed production targets.
- Familiarity with FDA, OSHA regulations, and HACCP/HARPC plans.
