Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay: $18.00-$20.00/HR
Duties:
- Set, confirm appointments, and manage prospect information in our systems.
- Ensure prospective projects are managed through the sales process by following up with salespeople, contractors, and customers.
- Be a primary source of information about proposed projects and able to effectively brief management on their status, making sure no lead gets left behind.
- Ensure all documentation is complete for hardwood floor projects including quotes, options, and contracts. Review pricing, transcribe handwritten quotes and drive quality control (check math).
- Send quotes to customers, manage deposits, and verify information from sales appointments.
- Ensure project profitability targets are met. You know a great quote means more than just the price.
- Maintain post-job services, follow up with customers when projects are complete, communicate customer feedback to the appropriate people, follow up on outstanding accounts and prepare referral letters.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Administrative/Customer Service Experience
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
