Job Full Description
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 7:00am - 7:00pm
Pay: $18.00 /Hour
Duties:

Interpret and follow production orders while operating automated equipment.

Conduct inspections, perform product tests, and complete daily inspection logs to ensure quality standards are met.

Accurately label, weigh, record, and package cases/rolls on pallets in accordance with packing specifications.

Monitor production output and make necessary equipment adjustments to minimize waste.

Provide support across the production floor as needed; maintain clear and effective communication with team members.

Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times.

Perform general cleaning duties on the production floor.

Assist in all phases of machine operations, including coverage for breaks, changeovers, projects, and vacations
Qualifications:
-
Ability to perform repetitive lifting, up to 50 lbs.

Previous machine operation experience preferred, but not required.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Consistent and reliable attendance with punctuality.

Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively.
-
Basic math skills; mechanical aptitude a plus.
