Job Full Description
Hours: Monday - Friday, 11:00am - 7:30pm
Pay: $25.00/HR
Duties:
-
Perform major and minor repairs on diesel engines
-
Diagnose and repair electrical and exhaust systems to meet pollution control standards
-
Maintain and service vehicles using electronic diagnostic tools and systems
-
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
-
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
-
Work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 5 years of experience as a diesel technician or mechanic
-
Proficient in using mechanic tools and diagnostic equipment
-
Strong understanding of diesel engine systems and electronic controls
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
-
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
-
Strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship
