Job Full Description
Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:30am - 4:00pm
*Hours may vary (start and end times) depending on job*
Pay: $28.00 - $40.00/HR
Duties:

Operate concrete cutting equipment such as wall saws, flat saws, and core drills with precision and care.

Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications to determine layout and cutting requirements.

Perform cutting, coring, and demolition tasks while meeting project timelines and quality standards.

Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe job site for yourself and your team.

Conduct routine maintenance checks on tools and equipment to ensure proper operation.

Collaborate with crew members and other trades to coordinate workflow and resolve on‑site challenges.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, including thorough cleanup after each job.
Qualifications:
-
Strong knowledge of concrete cutting techniques, tools, and safe operating procedures.

Proficiency with wall saws, flat saws, and core drills in a construction or demolition environment.

Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing site conditions.

High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all cutting and forming tasks.

Physical stamina and strength, including the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
-
Concrete construction experience, including forming, cutting, or related work.

Ability to work safely and efficiently in fast‑paced job site environments.
