Operations Supervisor January 5, 2026

Located in Appleton, WI

Pay: $80,000 - $100,000

Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:30am - 4:00pm

*Hours may vary (start and end times) depending on job*

Yearly Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000

Duties:

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and timelines, including resource allocation and activity sequencing.
Supervise daily on‑site operations to ensure adherence to project plans, safety standards, and quality expectations.
Perform hands‑on cutting, coring, and demolition tasks when required to support project progress.
Lead and coordinate field crews and subcontractors, assigning tasks and ensuring clear communication across the team.
Assist with material procurement and inventory management to prevent delays and maintain workflow efficiency.
Implement quality control procedures, conduct inspections, and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Enforce safety protocols, conduct safety training, oversee equipment maintenance checks, and investigate incidents to prevent recurrence.
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.
Analyze project performance, identify operational inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.

Qualifications:

3–7 years of construction leadership experience, preferably in concrete cutting or related construction fields.
Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent experience as a Project Manager or Construction Superintendent.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed on active job sites.
Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Strong understanding of construction practices, building codes, and job‑site safety regulations.
Proven project management experience, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and field coordination.
Effective leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide crews.
