Job Full Description
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay: $24.00-$27.00/HR
Duties:

Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions with accuracy and timeliness
-
Record and reconcile daily cash receipts, including checks, ACH, and credit card payments
-
Perform high‑volume data entry into accounting systems and Excel
-
Maintain organized financial records and support month‑end close activities
-
Assist with invoice matching, coding, and approvals
-
Communicate with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies
-
Support reporting needs by preparing spreadsheets, summaries, and reconciliations
Qualifications:
-
Experience in AR/AP or bookkeeping required
-
Strong Excel skills (sorting, filtering, formulas, pivot tables preferred)
-
High attention to detail and comfort with repetitive data‑entry tasks
-
Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred
-
Experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred due to fast‑paced workflow
-
Familiarity with accounting software (ERP systems a plus)
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
