Job Full Description
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Pay: $18.00-$24.00/HR
Duties:
-
Physically check in incoming parts from suppliers and package/ship outgoing parts to customers
-
Keep the shipping area clean and organized, including removing garbage and cardboard to dumpsters
-
Perform accurate Inventory Cycle Counts
-
Individually package stock items for shelving
-
Label and organize all stock items clearly
-
Rotate inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out)
-
Prepare packing slips in Sage
-
Prepare lot labels as required
-
Update Sage with confirmed delivery dates and ship dates from suppliers
-
Unload shipments using pallet jacks or sit‑down forklifts (forklift experience preferred but not required)
-
Lift up to 50 lbs, bend, and stand for the majority of the shift

Count inventory by hand as needed
Qualifications:
-
Coordinate logistics with shipping companies and work with customs to ensure fast clearance of incoming shipments

Verify and maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments
-
Monitor supply levels and provide reorder lists when needed
-
Communicate with vendors via phone or email to follow up on open issues
-
Perform general office tasks such as answering phones, filing, and handling documentation
-
Collaborate with Spare Parts, Service, and Accounting departments to support smooth operations
-
Participate in the on‑call rotation (13–14 weeks per year, including holidays), with compensation provided for on‑call coverage

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Assist in other warehouse or departmental tasks as assigned
