Job Full Description
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:00pm
*Occasional weekend work based on operational needs
Pay: $22.00-$32.00/HR
Duties:
-
Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, carbon steel, and occasional aluminum components
-
Fabricate parts and assemblies from drawings, sketches, and verbal instructions
-
Measure, cut, and fit materials with precision for custom projects
-
Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication
-
Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, grinders, brakes, and welders
-
Complete custom one‑off builds with minimal supervision
-
Inspect finished welds and assemblies to ensure quality and compliance
-
Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all safety procedures
Qualifications:
-
Proficient TIG welding skills on stainless steel and carbon steel
-
Experience in fabrication, including cutting, fitting, and assembly
-
Ability to work independently and complete custom projects with limited oversight

Strong measurement and layout skills with attention to detail
-
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
-
Aluminum TIG welding experience is a plus
-
Familiarity with shop tools and equipment used in metal fabrication
-
Reliable, punctual, and able to meet project deadlines
