Job Full Description
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 5:00am - 3:00pm
Pay: $26.00 - $31.00/HR
Duties:
-
Assist with loading and unloading product from production equipment.
-
Locate, move, and stage materials throughout the facility to support production needs.
-
Load and unload parts washing machines and hand‑wash parts when required.
-
Operate sandblasting equipment to clean and strip parts.
-
Perform general plant cleanup, painting, and basic organizational tasks.
-
Complete required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
-
Use forklifts, overhead cranes, and other lifting devices to move materials safely.

Follow all plant safety, environmental, and operational policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
-
2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or labor‑intensive environment.

Prior experience with forklifts, overhead cranes, or other material‑handling equipment.

Familiarity with industrial cleaning, sandblasting, or parts‑washing processes.

General mechanical aptitude or hands‑on experience in a production environment.

Basic computer and data‑entry skills for logging work and completing documentation.
-
Ability to perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks, including lifting, walking, climbing, pushing, twisting, and stooping for extended periods.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-
High attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
