Job Full Description
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 5:00am - 3:30pm
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/HR
Duties:
- Perform lug load operations including component installation, torquing fasteners, product load testing, and thread measurement.
- Conduct visual inspections and make accurate accept/reject decisions based on quality standards.
- Support paint line operations by operating hoists, hanging/installing components, banding pallets, and assisting with powder-coating workflow.
- Complete light assembly tasks following established procedures.
- Record inspection results using both paper documentation and electronic systems.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- Ability to read and use digital calipers and other measuring devices.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
