Job Full Description
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 5:30pm
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/HR
Duties:
- Build and install outdoor living spaces, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and landscape features.
- Perform lawn installation and maintenance tasks, including grading, seeding, and sod installation.
- Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and other landscape materials according to project plans.
- Load, unload, and transport landscaping materials, tools, and equipment to job sites.
- Operate landscaping equipment and use hand tools safely and effectively.
- Assist with site preparation, material placement, and project cleanup.
- Drive company vehicles to and from job sites as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects on schedule.
Qualifications:
- Previous landscaping, lawn care, construction, or outdoor labor experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Clean driving record required.
- Experience building outdoor living spaces, patios, retaining walls, or hardscape features is a plus.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment and hand tools safely.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull landscaping materials and equipment throughout the workday.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor for extended periods.
