Customer Accounts Associate
Location: Bloomington, IL
Pay: $16.50/hour + $300-$3,000/month in commission potential
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-6:00 PM
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Customer Accounts Associate for a long-term opportunity in Bloomington, IL. This is a hands-on position combining customer service, collections, driving, and merchandise recovery.

Responsibilities:
- Make phone calls to collect past-due accounts
- Visit customer homes to recover unpaid merchandise
- Clean and prepare recovered merchandise for resale
- Acquire and maintain customer accounts
- Complete daily route sheets and weekly vehicle maintenance reports
- Drive a company vehicle and use a dolly to move merchandise
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Must pass drug test and background check
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Ability to get in/out of a truck and remain on your feet 6-8 hours daily
- Honest, driven, hardworking, and comfortable working independently
- Must be comfortable handling difficult customer conversations
