Now Hiring: 3rd Shift Residential Technician
Location: Bloomington-Normal, IL
Pay: $17.50/hour
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a respected behavioral health organization in the Bloomington-Normal area to hire a Residential Technician for their 3rd shift team.
Position Overview:
As a Residential Technician, you’ll play a vital role in supporting patients in their daily routines. You’ll be responsible for providing hands-on assistance, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and accurately documenting daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with daily living tasks in a supportive, respectful manner

Perform light cleaning and ensure common areas are stocked and orderly

Complete data entry and maintain accurate documentation

Maintain a safe and supportive environment during overnight hours
