Production Sanitation Supervisor | Gridley, IL | $24/hr | Full Time
Join a growing food manufacturing team in Gridley, IL!
We’re looking for a Production Sanitation Supervisor to take ownership of plant cleanliness, train team members, and uphold the highest standards of safety and sanitation.
What You’ll Do:

Lead and train the sanitation team on GMPs, SSOPs, and safety procedures

Perform and oversee daily and master cleaning schedules

Conduct employee reviews, coaching, and documentation checks

Manage sanitation supplies, SDS records, and waste compactor operations
-
Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant production environment
What We’re Looking For:

Leadership experience in sanitation or food manufacturing preferred

Knowledge of food safety, cleaning chemicals, and documentation practices

Ability to work in wet, humid, or temperature-variable environments
