Outside Sales Representative (B2B)
Hourly ($18/HR) + Commission (Transition to 100% Commission)
Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

A growing local business is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to build relationships and grow accounts in the surrounding area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys cold calling, face-to-face sales, and being out in the field rather than behind a desk.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct cold calls and in-person sales visits to local businesses

• Drive to customer locations throughout the area to promote and sell products

• Build relationships with new and existing customers

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products

• Maintain notes, follow-ups, and sales activity tracking

Compensation & Schedule

• Hourly pay plus commission to start

• Role transitions to 100% commission once hired onto the company payroll

• Mileage reimbursement for use of your personal vehicle

• Laptop may be provided in the future

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience (inside, outside, B2B, or similar)

• Comfortable with cold calling and in-person selling

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Preferred (Not Required)

• Plumbing industry experience

• Knowledge of plumbing parts, supplies, or related products
