Hand Packer – 1st Shift

$18–$20 per hour
1st Shift or 2nd Shift | Full-Time
A growing manufacturing facility in the Congerville, IL area is seeking reliable Hand Packers to join their 1st shift production team.
What You’ll Do:

Operate and monitor production equipment

Perform basic troubleshooting as needed

Inspect production flow for quality and accuracy

Handle packing duties on the line

Box and palletize finished products
-
Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow safety and quality standards
Schedule:
-
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
-
Some weeks may shift to: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (10-hour shifts)

Occasional Saturdays may be required
What We’re Looking For:

Self-starter with strong work ethic

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Comfortable with standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks

Manufacturing or packing experience a plus, but not required
Pay:
$18–$20 per hour, based on experience
