About the Role:
We are hiring a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee daily warehouse operations in Bloomington. This is a full-time, first-shift role ideal for someone with experience in shipping and receiving, inventory management, and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control
- Manage and coordinate warehouse staff, ensuring efficiency and safety
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Ensure warehouse is organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards
- Collaborate with management to streamline processes and improve workflow
Requirements:
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving is required
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely
- Dependable, punctual, and a team player
