Restoration Technician – $18/hr | Springfield, IL
Full-Time | Mon–Fri | 7AM–4PM
Express is hiring Restoration Technicians for water, fire, and mold cleanup. This is a hands-on role with on-the-job training—great for candidates with general labor, construction, or cleaning experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Water extraction & cleanup
- Fire & mold restoration
- Remove carpet, drywall, debris
- Move furniture/items in & out of homes
- Work on a team (2+ people per job)
What You Need:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable in dirty/odor-heavy environments (basements, fire/water damage)
- Reliable with solid work history
- Valid license (MVR), background check & drug screen required
