About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Appliance Repair Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential appliances while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, dishwashers, and more
- Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections
- Identify problems and explain repair solutions clearly to customers
- Order and replace defective parts as needed
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service on every job
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous experience in appliance repair or a related field preferred
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read technical manuals and wiring diagrams
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (homes, tight spaces, etc.)
Preferred Skills (Not Required)
- EPA certification (for refrigeration work)
- Experience with major appliance brands
- Electrical or HVAC background
