Pay: $16.00/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday
8:00 AM-4:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Interview clients to determine program eligibility

Enter and maintain accurate client information in a web-based system

Review applications and ask follow-up questions when needed

Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
Qualifications:

Strong customer service and communication skills

Experience handling difficult or emotional customer interactions

Quick learner with excellent attention to detail

Comfortable using computers and web-based software

Previous administrative, social services, or case management experience is a plus
