Part-time Facility Janitor
Bloomington, $16/HR
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a part-time janitor for a local housing organization.

Schedule
- Part-time, 20 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling

Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum hallways and common areas
- Empty trash and remove garbage from common areas
- Clean windows, glass doors, and other glass surfaces
- Pick up litter and debris both inside and outside the facility
- Dust and disinfect common area surfaces
- Clean and sanitize restrooms
- Report maintenance concerns and needed repairs to staff
- Assist with additional janitorial and facility cleaning duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or facility cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and cleaning throughout the shift
