Job Full Description
Are you an experienced machinist who takes pride in precision and craftsmanship? We're seeking a Tool & Die Maker to join a dedicated team at a well-established company that values quality work and skilled tradespeople.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate manual machine tools, including lathes, mills, grinders, drill presses, and EDM machines
- Machine, form, shape, and finish precision tooling components
- Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings
- Set up tool and die machinery and ensure accurate operation
- Perform quality checks and final inspections to ensure specifications are met
- Maintain high standards for safety, accuracy, and efficiency
Requirements:
- Proficiency in manual machining and tool operation
- Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
- Experience with measurement tools and quality inspection processes
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
