Heather Zdybel

Branch Manager 

For more than 30 years, Heather Zdybel has been helping people find opportunities and businesses find talent as part of the Express Employment Professionals team in Elk Grove Village.

Starting as a Front Office Coordinator in 1994 and working her way into leadership, she has worn many hats throughout her career—from recruiting and business development to operations and branch management.

Heather's favorite part of the job is building relationships and creating successful matches between associates and employers. Having helped thousands of people take the next step in their careers, she understands the life-changing impact that the right opportunity can have.

Outside of work, Heather has spent more than a decade volunteering with Midwest Labrador Retriever Rescue as a foster dog mom. She's passionate about helping both people and pups find the perfect match. And if you're looking for her during a busy workday, there's a good chance you'll find a cold Coca-Cola nearby.

Her journey with Express began shortly after immigrating to the United States when she accepted what was originally meant to be a one-day assignment. More than three decades later, that single opportunity turned into a lifelong passion for changing lives through employment.

Driven by the firm belief that the right career opportunity can transform a future, Maria brings deep industry expertise, unwavering empathy, and a strong personal commitment to every candidate and client she serves. Outside of her professional life, she is a proud wife of 30 years and mother of four who stays actively devoted to helping others achieve their personal and professional goals.

Front Office Coordinator 

The first smile you see when you walk in belongs to our amazing Front Office Coordinator! 

Naraly has been with Express for 4 years, providing exceptional customer service to help everyone feel welcomed, comfortable, informed and valuable.

Naraly's favorite part of her job is the people. She enjoys building strong relationships with clients to ensure payroll is processed accurately and efficiently, guiding associates through a smooth onboarding experience, and collaborating with her internal teamto provide support wherever needed. Making a positive impact, serving as a reliable resource, and contributing to successful outcomes for clients, associates, and colleagues alike are the most rewarding aspects of her role.

Outside of work, Naraly enjoys making memories with her boyfriend, family, and beloved pets. On any given Friday night, you'll most likely find her enjoying her favorite meal: wings.

Leslie Lechuga

Leslie has been a dedicated staffing professional with Express since 2017. Before beginning her career in staffing, she was a teacher in Mexico, where she discovered her passion for helping others grow and succeed. After returning to the United States, she joined Express, and ever since, she has been committed to connecting people with opportunities that can change their lives.

With 9 years of experience in Skilled Trades and Light Industrial, Leslie also recruits for Administrative and Leadership roles. She believes that every placement is about more than filling a position, it's about building meaningful relationships and helping both businesses and job seekers thrive. Her people-first approach, genuine care, and dedication have earned the trust of clients and associates alike.

Outside of work, Leslie is a coffee-obsessed, proud mother of two who cherishes spending time with her husband, who is truly her best friend. She has a soft spot for Gilmore Girls and Harry Potter, loves traveling and soaking up the sunshine, whether it's a warm summer afternoon or a crisp winter day, but she'll never turn away a gloomy, rainy day. Because to Leslie, there's nothing cozier than curling up by a window with a good book and listening to the rain.

Marco Coria

Employment Specialist    

Marco joined Express on May of 2024 as an Employment Specialist and hit the ground running! His main responsibility is to qualify candidates, connect them with clients, and building long-lasting relationships with clients.

He brings to Express 10+ years of experience in Warehousing and Manufacturing holding previous roles as a Safety Manager, Warehouse/Shipping Coordinator, and Production Coordinator. He knows exactly what it’s like out in the field through various roles within Light Industrial and Manufacturing and fully understands the skills and experiences required to thrive in these environments. This experience helps with building solid relationships with both associates and clients to make positive connections between good workers and good companies!

Outside of the office, Marco lives a 2nd life as a DJ playing events and festivals at venues all over Chicago including events like North Coast Music Festival. He also has a passion for Graphic Design and Soccer as well, spending his downtime obsessing over Arsenal.
