Meet the Owner

Greg and Anna have been owners of Express Employment Professionals since 2004, spending most of their careers helping local businesses grow and helping people find meaningful work. Their work with Express Employment Professionals has been centered on business development, community involvement, and building long-term relationships with clients, associates, and local organizations. 

Greg has been an Owner at Express since 2004, originally leading the Arlington Heights / Rolling Meadows Express office with a focus on operations, community involvement, and team growth & development. Prior to Express, he worked in Operations Consulting and Business Development in the IT, consumer products & goods, energy conservation, and commercial lighting industries. 

Anna joined the Arlington Heights office in 2006 with a focus on business development and client relationships. Prior to Express, Anna had a successful career in the banking industry, where she worked as a Commercial Analyst in the Food and Agricultural Industry. 

Greg and Anna have also been deeply involved in the local business community. Greg served on the Arlington Heights Chamber of Commerce (AHCC) Board of Directors from 2006 to 2011, including serving as Board President in 2008. He currently serves on the Elk Grove Village Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.  The Express Arlington Heights office was named the AHCC Emerging Business of the Year in 2006, and Greg received the AHCC President’s Award in 2012.  Anna served on the Rolling Meadows Chamber of Commerce Board from 2014 to 2022 and was named Volunteer of the Year by the Rolling Meadows Chamber of Commerce in 2018.   

Outside of work Greg enjoys (struggles with…) golf, running, and travel.  Anna enjoys gardening, long walks, and spending time with family and friends.  They have a son studying Mechanical Engineering at the University of Arizona and a daughter in High School.
