A well-established warehouse facility is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Clerk to support the night shift team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong computer skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a desire to contribute in a fast-paced environment.
Position Overview:
The Night Shift Operations Clerk plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse activities by maintaining accurate records, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth operational flow. Candidates must be comfortable working independently and handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Record Keeping: Accurately maintain and update records using warehouse computer systems, ensuring all documentation is complete and organized.

Data Entry & Reporting: Handle data entry tasks and generate reports using mainframe downloads and word processing programs.

Issue Resolution: Resolve moderately complex issues or inquiries using manuals, documentation, and operational knowledge.

Warehouse Support: Provide general assistance to warehouse operations, ensuring all activities align with safety and compliance standards.
Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment

Strong computer proficiency, including experience with mainframe systems, data entry, and report generation

Ability to work Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM

Comfortable working in variable temperatures, including cold storage areas

Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills

Able to work independently with minimal supervision
