Job Full Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Forklift Associate to join our warehouse team. This role involves order fulfillment, shipping operations, and forklift use to ensure products are accurately processed and delivered on time.
Responsibilities
- Operate a sit-down forklift (approximately 20% of the time)
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Process shipments using UPS, FedEx, DHL, and LTL carriers
- Verify order accuracy before shipping
- Create and manage shipping documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of shipping or warehouse experience
- Experience operating a sit-down forklift
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently
- Reliable with strong attendance and work ethic
- Willingness to learn and cross-train in multiple warehouse functions
- Experience with shipping software and ERP systems preferred
- Familiarity with Sage ERP is a plus
