We are seeking an experienced Fulfillment Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and support the success of the fulfillment team. This hands-on leadership role bridges the gap between warehouse associates and management, ensuring efficient receiving, picking, packing, inventory control, and shipping processes while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support warehouse staff in daily fulfillment operations
• Oversee receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities
• Monitor workflow and ensure operational efficiency
• Maintain accurate inventory control and reporting
• Promote and enforce safety and compliance standards
• Assist with problem-solving and resolving operational issues
• Track team performance and provide feedback to management
• Generate and communicate performance and productivity reports
• Support B2B fulfillment activities and customer requirements
• Train and mentor warehouse associates as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field is a plus
• 2-3 years of warehouse experience required
• At least 1 year of experience in a lead or supervisory role
• Strong leadership and staff management skills
• Experience with inventory control and warehouse operations
• Ability to analyze workflows and identify process improvements
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Knowledge of warehouse safety and compliance standards
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ lbs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
