We're looking for experienced Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team building high-quality hydraulic valves. If you enjoy working with your hands, using tools, and assembling precision products in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to put your skills to work.

Responsibilities

• Assemble hydraulic valves and components using small parts
• Read and follow production work instructions, production orders, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and quality plans
• Locate, identify, and retrieve components for production
• Use measuring equipment to verify product specifications
• Package and label finished products according to instructions
• Perform order count verification and quality checks
• Operate hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and torque wrenches
• Safely operate an overhead crane and perform required safety inspections
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment
• Follow all quality, safety, and production procedures
• Assist with other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 3-5 years of manufacturing or assembly experience
• Experience assembling small components and mechanical products
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and torque wrenches
• Experience operating an overhead crane preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, BOMs, and production documents
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good math and measurement skills
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Understanding of quality standards and continuous improvement practices

Available Shifts: 1st Shift and 2nd Shift Available.
