Our client is seeking a customer-focused Counter Sales Associate to assist customers, process orders, and support daily branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
• Process orders, invoices, returns, and credits
• Recommend related products when appropriate
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
• Support inventory and counter operations

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs 
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and climb ladders as needed
• Reliable and detail-oriented
• Previous counter sales, retail, warehouse, or customer service experience preferred
