Job Full Description
Express has is working with a Fox River Grove Podiatrist office in the search for a medical office Assistant/medical assistant.
Duties
- Supporting the facility's operations by managing patient records, scheduling appointments.
- Reviewing patient history with patient and provider
- verification of insurance
- scanning and documenting patient information
Candidates will have experience working with E-Clinical and/or EPIC programs
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Medical assistant certification preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Experience in medical administrative tasks and clinical procedures
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Hours: 9a to 5/5:30pm Mon-Friday
Pay will be $18-20/hr based on experience
Candidate must be willing to travel between the Fox River Grove and Algonquin clinics
