She is excited to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources while continuing her education and developing her professional skills. Passionate about learning and helping others, Julianna is eager to support her team, build meaningful connections, and grow within the industry as she begins her career.

Outside of work and school, Julianna loves matcha , spending quality time with her two dogs and family.

Katherine has over 10 years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry. She is passionate about connecting people with opportunities that can make a meaningful difference in their lives. She truly enjoys interacting with people, learning about their goals and experiences, and helping them find the right job opportunities.

For Katherine, staffing is about more than simply filling positions—it’s about helping people take the next step toward a better future!

Outside of work, Katherine enjoys spending quality time with her beautiful family, who are her biggest priority. She loves making memories together and staying active with fun family activities and adventures.

Office Lead / Sr. Office Recruiter

Hilary comes from a strong background in customer service, with over six years of experience helping people and solving problems. She joined Express Employment Professionals in 2022 and quickly made her mark.

Since then, Hilary has established herself as a trusted recruiter across Industrial, Administrative, and Healthcare roles, while stepping into her current role overseeing office operations as Office Lead. Whether it’s someone looking for their next opportunity or a company needing the right person for the job, Hilary loves being part of that connection. She takes pride in making the community stronger- one job at a time.   

When she’s not managing a busy desk- Hilary enjoys photography, discovering new music, and going on walks with her mini goldendoodles- Whiskey and Cannoli! She brings energy, passion, and a people-first attitude to everything she does at Express.

Business Development Representative

For over two decades, Natalie has woven a tapestry of success from threads of customer service excellence and sales savvy. Her career is a testament to building trust, securing loyalty, and exceeding expectations.

Natalie is a master negotiator, a retention magician, and a champion of collaboration. Her time at Advanced Disposal wasn't just decorated with plaques (Employee of the Year 2012, Sales Rep of the Year 2018) – it was a testament to her ability to nurture major accounts and inspire teamwork.

But beyond the boardroom, Natalie's heart beats to the rhythm of family and adventure. When not crafting deals, she's carving snowy trails on her snowmobile or conquering open roads on her motorcycle. In summer, it's all about ATVs and adrenaline.

Payroll Coordinator

Annie joined Express Employment Professionals with experience in payroll, accounting, office administration, and process coordination. In her role as Payroll Coordinator, she helps ensure payroll and operational processes are completed accurately and efficiently while providing support for accounts payable and accounts receivable activities. Annie is known for being dependable, resourceful, and adaptable in fast-paced environments. She enjoys finding ways to improve processes, learning new technologies, and helping create organized systems that support both team members and clients.

Cyndy brings a wealth of experience to Express, having worked in HR for two years before transitioning into recruiting. Since joining Express in August 2022, Cyndy has demonstrated her expertise in matching candidates with suitable positions, ensuring a seamless transition for both job seekers and employers.

Healthcare Recruiter - Travel

Zaneta brings eight years of hands-on healthcare experience and four years of recruitment and account management experience specializing in pharmacy and allied healthcare staffing. Having worked directly in healthcare before transitioning into staffing, she understands both the clinical side and the importance of finding the right match for healthcare professionals and facilities. She is excited to bring that perspective to Express Healthcare Staffing and help support healthcare travelers across Illinois.

Outside of work, Zaneta enjoys outdoor adventures with her Sheepadoodle, Luna, experimenting with sourdough baking, and getting lost in a good book. She loves balancing adventure and creativity, whether that means exploring new places or perfecting a fresh loaf at home.
