Jane is a bilingual (English/Spanish) administrative professional with over 15 years of experience supporting teams in HR, accounting, legal, and customer-facing roles. Shes worked across a variety of industries, including healthcare, education, law, and corporate settings, handling everything from front desk operations and case management to payroll support and employee services. Jane is known for being organized, adaptable, and always ready to step in where needed. She enjoys helping people, keeping processes running smoothly, and continuing to grow.

Outside of work, Jane enjoys movies, music, and cars. She loves dogs, being outdoors, and taking long scenic drives. Jane is looking forward to traveling more and exploring new places this year!

Cyndy brings a wealth of experience to Express, having worked in HR for two years before transitioning into recruiting. Her passion for connecting with individuals and finding their ideal placements aligns perfectly with her role as an Industrial Lead Recruiter. Since joining Express in August 2022, Cyndy has demonstrated her expertise in matching candidates with suitable positions, ensuring a seamless transition for both job seekers and employers.

Cyndy is a creative soul who thrives on artistic expression, whether it's capturing emotions on canvas or transforming faces through makeup artistry. Cyndy also enjoys indulging in movies, shopping, and savoring delicious cups of coffee in her free time.

Hilary comes from a strong background in customer service, with over six years of experience helping people and solving problems. She joined Express Employment Professionals in 2022 and quickly made her mark.

Since then, Hilary has become a go-to recruiter for both Industrial, Administrative and Healthcare roles. She’s all about building real relationships with clients and associates, making sure both sides are a great fit. Whether it’s someone looking for their next opportunity or a company needing the right person for the job, Hilary loves being part of that connection. For over two decades, Natalie has woven a tapestry of success from threads of customer service excellence and sales savvy. Her career is a testament to building trust, securing loyalty, and exceeding expectations.

Natalie is a master negotiator, a retention magician, and a champion of collaboration. Her time at Advanced Disposal wasn't just decorated with plaques (Employee of the Year 2012, Sales Rep of the Year 2018) – it was a testament to her ability to nurture major accounts and inspire teamwork.

But beyond the boardroom, Natalie's heart beats to the rhythm of family and adventure. When not crafting deals, she's carving snowy trails on her snowmobile or conquering open roads on her motorcycle. In summer, it's all about ATVs and adrenaline.

Payroll Coordinator / Operations Lead

Jackie serves as the Payroll Coordinator and Operations Lead at Express Employment Professionals, bringing over eight years of experience in management and marketing, along with five years in human resources and staffing. Since joining the Express team in 2022, she has focused on streamlining payroll processes, supporting daily operations, and integrating marketing strategies to enhance both client and employee experiences. She’s known for being dependable, detail-oriented, and is always willing to jump in where needed.

Outside of work, Jackie enjoys spending time with her husband, relaxing at the beach, reading, and caring for her miniature dachshund, Cannoli.

Zaneta brings eight years of hands-on healthcare experience and four years of recruitment and account management experience specializing in pharmacy and allied healthcare staffing. Having worked directly in healthcare before transitioning into staffing, she understands both the clinical side and the importance of finding the right match for healthcare professionals and facilities. She is excited to bring that perspective to Express Healthcare Staffing and help support healthcare travelers across Illinois.

Outside of work, Zaneta enjoys outdoor adventures with her Sheepadoodle, Luna, experimenting with sourdough baking, and getting lost in a good book. She loves balancing adventure and creativity, whether that means exploring new places or perfecting a fresh loaf at home.
