We're looking for a Lead Case Manager for one of our local non-profits, full-time, Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. In this vital role, you'll not only manage a caseload of 20 claims daily but also lead and mentor a team of 9 dedicated Case Managers.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a daily caseload of 20 Medicaid comprehensive claims.
- Supervise, train, and support a team of 9 Case Managers.
- Oversee scheduling, application processes, file management, and compliance for all cases.
- Ensure families are effectively connected to appropriate resources and their cases are meticulously maintained.
- Contribute to the growth of our caseloads and community presence.
Qualifications:
- IM+CANS certification preferred.
- Proven experience in case management, ideally within a Medicaid comprehensive framework.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in scheduling, application processing, and compliance.
- A passion for connecting families with vital resources and advocating for their needs.
Pay will be based on education and experience.
Associates degree or higher is preferred but not required.
