Hours: 8:30-4:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Develop, update, and maintain effective office procedures to optimize our daily tasks.
- Create and maintain a well-organized filing system, both physical and digital.
- Greet and assist clients and visitors with a welcoming and professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently, routing them to the appropriate team member.
- Manage appointments and maintain the company calendar with accuracy.
- Organize meetings, prepare necessary materials, and take detailed and accurate minutes.
- Compose professional emails, memos, and letters, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
- Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism
- Provide general administrative assistance as directed to support the team's needs.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; an Associate’s degree or administrative training is highly preferred.
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Understanding of basic bookkeeping principles.
- Exceptional computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, adobe and dropbox.
- Demonstrated ability to be highly organized, manage time effectively, and prioritize projects to meet deadlines.
$18-20/hr
