Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is currently looking for a maintenance technician for a school district in Lake County! The ideal candidate must have 3-5 years of commercial maintenance experience.
Requirements
- Must have electrical, plumbing and HVAC Experience
- Must have knowledge of up to 600v phase electric, chillers, RTU’s, boilers, pumps, generators, plumbing, pneumatic controls and general HVAC
- Must have experience operating snowplows, tractors, skid loaders, and snow blowers
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Must have a valid drivers license.
This opportunity is full time, Monday-Friday, and first shift position
Pay $21-$26 an hour depending on experience.
