A local Gurnee Manufacturer is looking to hire customer service advocates.
This role consists of:
- Processing orders
- Providing information regarding price, shipping, and status of orders to customers
- Track/Expedite orders
- Document and resolve customer complaints
- Maintain accurate customer records
Hours: 8a-5p Monday-Friday
* Possibility to work remote after probationary period*
Qualified Candidates will have a HS diploma or GED, some college and/or at least 3 years of customer service or related experience
